1-2-1s

This is a personalised training programme tailored to your lifestyle and fitness goals.  We will look at your availability to workout, what you enjoy, any injuries or health conditions and fitted within a set timeframe. Each programme varies but can include building cardiovascular health, improving strength and power through progressive overload weight training, ensuring functional fitness to perform everyday activities, helping recover from injuries and improving sports performance.

£45 for 1 hour session or
10 sessions for £400

‘Bring a Friend’

If you prefer to work out with a partner or friend, then come as a pair for a personal training session for two people. Training together can be hugely fun, social and motivating.

£30 each for 1 hour session.
10 sessions for £250 each


Exercise Referral Training

If you have an injury or GP referred health condition, I can work alongside other healthcare providers and tailor your training programme to support you.  I have a diploma in Exercise Referral allowing me to adapt training to support chronic health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, osteoporosis and arthritis.

£45 per hour for 1 hour session. 
10 sessions for £400

Small Group Training Classes (book as a group of 3-4)

These are 45 minute full body cardio and strength classes.  You can create your own group with up to 4 friends or join my waiting list and I’ll team you up in a group of similar standard.   I purposely keep the groups small, so that I can still provide individual tuition and support throughout the session.  These work best as an add-on to your weekly 1-2-1 session or to compliment your existing fitness routine.

£90 for 6 x 45 minute sessions held weekly over a 6 week period, school term time only

Nutrition Plans

As part of my personal training, I can advise on nutrition to help you build muscle, reach your target weight and keep your energy levels.  The right diet goes hand in hand with your exercise programme to get the best results.

My style of training is about creating a fun, motivating and non-judgemental space to workout.  I put together fitness plans that you will find enjoyable and challenging.  I focus on teaching correct form, building confidence in using the gym and achieving fitness results that stick.  

Each person has their own unique circumstances, so I start with a consultation to learn about your needs, any injuries, medical conditions and what you want to achieve. I then create a programme focused on exercise, mindset and nutrition.  I offer 1-2-1s, group sessions and supporting services to help you reach your goals.
